Richard Lewis - President

A 25 year veteran of the insurance industry, Richard founded Lewis & Associates in 2022 with one goal in mind, be the trusted insurance advisor that every community needs.

he is passionate about listening to his clients and having an understanding of their entire insurance picture.

While not working, you'll find Richard chasing pickleballs, enjoying some of our local restaurants or relaxing with his dog and two cats.

Mandy Bowman - Senior Account Executive

Mandy joined Lewis & Associates Insurance in 2025 as a lifelong resident of Southern Indiana.

She is looking forward to protecting the assets of our community, and maintaining a customer-first focus by concentrating on your primary needs and potential risks.

Outside of insurance work, Mandy spends her time cooking, traveling, and playing competitive pickleball.
